Shepherdstown Public Library is excited to be able to offer its Commons Room and outdoor patio for community use!

If your organization is a non-profit registered with the IRS, there is no charge for room or patio usage. You will need to provide your organization’s IRS-issued Employer Identification Number (EIN) when submitting the rental application form.

To request a room or the patio, click here to access our online Facility Rental Policies and Application Form. Fill out the form and then click submit. The form will be forwarded to the Library Director for approval. Once approved, the Library Director, Christy Hagerty, will contact you to confirm your room/patio reservation. Please note we can not book any event for which there is a fee charged for entry or participation.

You may also download the rental policies and application form and, if in agreement, complete and return it either in person at the library or by email to director@sheplibrary.org. We will then contact you to confirm your room/patio reservation.
